Return & Refund Policy

At Drawn To Fire, most of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, or printed specifically for you. Because customized items cannot normally be resold, all custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item, or provided incorrect information.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, instructions, sizes, colors, and other customization details before submitting your order.

If a digital proof is provided and approved by you, production will be based on that approved design. Errors contained in an approved proof are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Significantly different from your approved design

• With an engraving or production error caused by Drawn To Fire

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.

Once engraving, printing, fabrication, or other customization work has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Because some orders enter production quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancel an order.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, text, names, dates, logos, photographs, and other information are correct.

Drawn To Fire is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

Minor differences in engraving appearance, positioning, color, texture, grain, finish, or material characteristics may occur because of differences in the materials and manufacturing processes used. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, non-personalized products may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Drawn To Fire.

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

If an order is damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly and provide photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box or packaging

• The shipping label

Please keep all packaging until the claim has been resolved.
